I understand that this vacation certificate is valid for Deluxe Studio accommodations on an all-inclusive basis for five (5) days and four (4) nights for two (2) adults at the selected resort.

I certify that all travelers participating in this promotion are between the ages of 30 and 70 at the time of travel.

I confirm that I possess and can present a valid major credit card at check-in.

I confirm that I speak, read, and understand English fluently.

I understand that participation in this promotional offer requires attendance at a guided resort presentation and tour of approximately 90 minutes at the selected resort or another participating Villa Group facility. The purpose of the tour is to familiarize guests with the resort amenities and provide information regarding vacation ownership opportunities. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase. I agree to attend the presentation as required. Failure to attend may result in charges up to the full retail value of the vacation package.

I understand this is a Loyalty Experience Rate – All-Inclusive (Non-Refundable After 7 Days). All sales are final after seven (7) days from the original purchase date and time. Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Who qualifies as a couple?

Couples must be married or cohabiting, both adults must attend together, and the age guideline is 30 to 72 with income of $75,000+ and a major credit card.

What are the single traveler qualifications?

Loreto: single men 35–70, single women 30–70. Cabo and Puerto Vallarta guidelines may differ. All must meet income and credit card requirements confirmed at checkout.

Are children included in these packages?

Loreto covers 2 adults in a Deluxe Studio; children under 12 may be added for an additional cost at purchase. Cabo and Puerto Vallarta are listed for 2 adults.

How long do I have to use the package?

Loreto certificates are valid for 18 months from the date of issue. Cabo is valid for 12 months. Puerto Vallarta is valid for 12 months. Extensions may be available for an additional cost.

Is this a sales presentation?

A guided tour of approximately 90 to 120 minutes at Villa Del Palmar Islands or Loreto to familiarize yourself with amenities available to you during your vacation and to explore options for participation in one of our vacation ownership plans. Should you fail to attend the tour, some penalties may apply. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase. All we ask is that you keep an open mind and have fun.
