Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

No Class Actions

To the extent permitted by law, you and SlaycationDeals.com each waive the right to pursue consolidated or class-wide disputes. You may only bring individual claims — not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.
